UN Water Virtual Learning Centre

The United Nations University -INWEH with the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) has developed the UN Water Virtual Learning Centre, a distance learning programme aimed at practicing professionals in the water sector wishing to upgrade their knowledge of modern water management concepts and practices. The curriculum is being disseminated through a global electronic network of regional and national training institutions. Available course modules include Introduction to IWRM, Water Transfer, Terrestrial Ecosystems, Aquatic Ecosystems, Ecosystem Health, Water Use, Wastewater, Governance, Management, and Applied IWRM.
