New in HOORC’s Library: Work the Net
Work the Net: a Management Guide for Formal Networks draws on the experience of the GTZ funded project, Networking, Information and Knowledge Management by Regional Organizations in the Field of Natural Resources Management (NeRO) to analyse lessons learned about how networks contribute to informed decision-making. The guide focuses on the structural and operational issues of networks such as communities of practice, and explains the most important aspects in making them work, using examples such as the River Network and Cap-Net. Aimed at networking practitioners, as well as other professionals wishing to establish a network, the guide is of special interest to ODMP stakeholders. You can find Work the Net in HOORC’s Library.
