2016 SciFinder Future Leaders program now accepting applications

Building a thriving career in science requires a solid foundation. So when you have the opportunity of a lifetime to acquire key elements of success, you don’t pass it up.

This August 15-25, a select group of international Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers will build their careers, help shape the future of research information and experience the 252nd ACS National Meeting & Exposition in Philadelphia, PA.

 The 2016 SciFinder Future Leaders program. Applications are due by Sunday, April 10, 2016!

During an all-expense-paid trip this August 15-25, participants get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at how our scientists and technologists organize, analyze and share information that sparks discoveries. Participants will: 
  • Expand their professional network as they engage scientists from all over the world.
  • Develop their SciFinder proficiency and master professional skills to help advance their career.
  • Increase their knowledge and exchange ideas about current and future research solutions.
  • Tour centers of innovation and technology to broaden their understanding of the scientific enterprise.
They will also travel to Philadelphia, PA to attend the 252nd ACS National Meeting & Exposition, "a platform to present, publish, discuss and exhibit the most exciting research discoveries and technologies in chemistry and its related disciplines."
