Building Effective Drinking Water Management Policies in Rural Africa: Lessons from Northern Uganda

In this report, the author Christopher Opio uses a case study of Northern Uganda on the importance of providing clean, safe drinking water and sanitation to rural inhabitants of developing countries. Failure to provide this basic need has direct and immediate consequences for quality of life, food security, long-term socio-economic development and the eradication of poverty.
