New at HOORC's Library: sampling and statistical methods for behavioral ecologists

The book describes the sampling and statistical methods used more often by behavioral ecologists. Behavioral ecology has been described to include behavior, ecology and related subjects like fisheries, wildlife and environmental physiology. Researchers in these areas have studied basic statistical methods but frequently have trouble solving their design or analysis problems. Some of these problems include, the rationale of statistical tests, the meaning of confidence intervals and interpretation of regression coefficients. The book is available in the HOORC Library.
