New water publications

The ELDIS site has alerted us to two useful Cap-Net sponsored publications, Mapping of Integrity and Accountability in Water Activities and Relevant Capacities in the SADC-Region, published by the UNDP Water Governance Facility at SIWI, and Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills for Integrated Water Resources Management, a training manual partly authored by HOORC associate Larry Swatuk. Cap-Net is a partnership of autonomous international, regional and national institutions and networks committed to capacity building in the water sector.
