Conflict mediation in the water and sanitation sector: and how to reach solutions. The publication describes water and sanitation conflicts and actors, options for conflict management and resolution and mediation methods, using case studies from Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. References to useful publications about managing conflict, many of them available for free online, are included.
