Angola forest inventory

AllAfrica.com has alerted us to a two year forest inventory supported by the Angolan Government with assistance from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO). The United States Forest Service has been working with the Angolan Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development’s National Institute for Forestry Development since 2006 to develop capacity for sustainable use of forest resources in the Kuando Kubango Province. Results of the 2006 assessment are available on the US Forest Services website.
