10th Ramsar Conference of Parties meeting

The IISD's online Earth Negotiations Bulletin has reported the proceedings of the 10th Ramsar Convention Conference of Parties, held in Changwon, Korea on the 28th of October to 4th of November 2008. Resolutions concerning the relationship of wetlands to climate change and biofuels were adopted on the last day of the conference.
