Transboundary aquifers UN report

The UN Library's web log, UN Pulse, has alerted us to the fifth report on shared natural resources on Transboundary Aquifers, (A/CN.4/591). The report has been submitted for the consideration of the International Law Commission and presents draft articles on transboundary aquifers for consideration.
