OKACOM secretariat funding agreement

HOORC was present this week for the signing of an agreement between the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the Okavango River Basin Water Commission (OKACOM) to support the Commission's secretariat for three years. The signing ceremony followed a series of planning meetings to discuss vision and management for the tripartite organization, whose intitial home will be Maun.
