The Ramsar Convention Secretariat website alerted us to the HarmoniCOP (Harmonising Collaborative Planning) Project’s publication, Learning Together to Manage Together, a handbook for public participation and social learning in river basin management. This attractive and accessible handbook uses colour illustrations, cartoons and diagrams to illustrate practical methods of involving communities and groups in the planning process.
