Conservation hunting

Dr Lee Foote, Associate Professor at the Department of Renewable Resources, University of Alberta in Canada, visited HOORC's library today, bringing with him a copy of Conservation hunting : people and wildlife in Canada's north, proceedings of a conference held in 2004 to discuss the relationships among trophy hunting, wildlife conservation and community sustainability. Dr Foote was a co-editor of the book, and contributed a paper, Principles, Perspectives and Ethics of Conservation Hunting. You can find the book in HOORC's Library.
