Global Analysis and Assessment of Sanitation (GLAAS) and Drinking-Water

This report draws on the latest information, including data from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Creditor Reporting System (CRS), and data gathered through two sets of questionnaires: one for low- and middle-income countries and one for ESAs. The report shows that, in many countries, policies and programmes have far too little emphasis on ensuring adequate financial and human resources to both sustain the existing infrastructure and expand access to sanitation, drinking water and hygiene services
