Request for Proposals: Compilation of Stakeholder Points for Access Information for OKACOM

RFP for production of a report that identifies and describes points of access to OKACOM's stakeholders.

The Permanent Okavango River Basin Water Commission (OKACOM)has identified a need for the inclusion and integration of the various stakeholders of the Okavango River Basin in the governance and decision making associated with the management of this important transboundary river basin. To this end, the OKACOM Secretariat commissioned a study to identify the stakeholders in the ORB and develop a strategy to integrate their inputs in the governance structures of the ORB itself. The primary objective of this activity was to develop a demand-driven and flexible strategy for the Secretariat, on behalf of OKACOM, to implement actions that would ensure effective stakeholder integration across the basin.
