Ruthless Exploitation of Nature Endangers the Survival of Indigenous People Worldwide
Millions of indigenous people world-wide are deprived of clean water and adequate land for food cultivation. The right to safe drinking water was only just acknowledged by the United Nations as a human right on July 28, 2010. Unfortunately, the "Water War” in some communities had already come to a bloody confrontation years earlier.
