The Development Support Monitor (DSM) is an independent monitoring report which catalogues and tracks development commitments made by African governments and their development partners for Africa’s development from an African perspective. DSM 2010, the third edition of this publication, pays special attention to Africa’s progress towards attaining the MDGs and incorporates grassroots experiences and perspectives garnered through African Monitor’s programmatic activities.
