HOORC seminar on the "The return of the big floods"

Last week, at a seminar held at HOORC, and cohosted by OKACOM, Professor Piotr Wolski presented his paper titled, The return of the big flood: some results from assessment of flooding in the Okavango. In it he demonstrated that models used in the monitoring have shown that this year there will be floods not seen since the 1970s.
