The Cap-Net, consisting of the African Groundwater Network, AGW-Net, and the world Bank progamme GW-MATE have collaborated to produce a new training manual on Groundwater Management in IWRIN.

The manua; draws largely from the GW-MATE brieding note series on groundwater management and has been tested in serveral courses in Africa. The intention of the manual is to address, the lack of attention given to grounwater in IRWIN, helping the groundwater expert to understand groundwater perspectives. It is available in English only, but a French translation is underway and can be downloaded in word, or a pdf format along with supportion power point slides from the Cap-Net website. http://www.csp-net.org/node/2076
