HOORC's Library has received the latest issue of the Ephemeral Rivers Basins Newsletter, with stories about the use of reeds in the Fish River, award of Botswana's National Vision 2016 prize to a resident of the Boteti River basin, and development of an integrated water resources plan for Namibia.
