Visit by University of Florida Faculty and PhD students
A group of faculty and PhD students from the University of Florida, led by Dr Brian Child, visited the library yesterday. The focus of their study is land use, land cover change in social ecological systems. Sponsored by the the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the students will be looking at the ecosystem of the Okavango Zambezi Transfrontier Area. The visit is part of a collaboration programme between the University of Botswana and the University of Florida.
