HOORC Library bird bath greens up with November rains
The rainy season has arrived at the same time as two books on rainwater harvesting: Kinkaide-Levario's Forgotten Rain and Design for water : rainwater harvesting, stormwater catchment, and alternate water reuse. The author, a land use planner in the U.S. state of Arizona, has produced practical guides to construction of catchment systems, including methods for storage, distribution and purification. Design for Water includes a chapter about rainwater harvesting for wildlife. You can find both books in HOORC's Library.
