The December 2007 issue of Birdlife Botswana's Bird Conservation Newsletter arrived at HOORC's Library this week. The issue includes an updated list of globally threatened birds found in Botswana, Graham McCulloch's comments about the recently released International Single Species Action Plan for the Conservation of the Lesser Flamingo, and reports about the Migrating Kestrel Project, Birdlife Botswana's new Bird Activity Book and the EU/Royal Society for the Protection of Birds project, Instituting Effective Monitoring of Protected Areas.
