But the vegetation is responding to any moisture: HOORC Associate Sehenyi Shex Tlotlego stopped by the road at Kauxhwi, south of East Mohembo in the Okavango Panhandle, to photograph these Crinum eucrophyllum lilies (Tswana mogaga) next to a Department of Water Affairs pipeline marker.
