The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) has released the second edition of the trilingual Water Demand Management Glossary containing almost 1 000 terms and concise definitions in English, French, and Arabic. The publication is intended for use by policy makers, research groups, NGOs and other practitioners working on water demand management and promoting the efficient, equitable and sustainable use of water. The second edition, released in July 2007, replaces the earlier 2004 edition, providing 500 additional terms, as well as, further editing for older terms to accomodate both the technical and the management water-practictioners.
