NEPAD Wetland Strategy and Action Plan for Africa

A news story from Ghana about collaboration on wetlands issues between Mali and Ghana alerted us to the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD)’s Action Plan on Managing Africa's Wetlands. The UN Environment Programme’s useful Environment Directory website brings together all the documents related to the development of the action plan, part of NEPAD’s environment action plan that also includes sections about invasive alien species, forests and climate change.
