RFP for Development of OKACOM Access to Information Policy
The Secretariat of the Permanent Okavango River Basin Water Commission (OKACOM) is seeking assistance in developing a policy to guide its members and staff in facilitating access to the information generated and managed by the Commission. The Terms of Reference can be found here. Deadline for submission of proposals is 5 November 2010.
